01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always think of have your goals for your gear? You're a 5-year? Whatever. So if you want to be in this field, it is extremely rewarding. It teaches you a lot about yourself and life. But, it does not pay the bills well. So you keep going, and you keep climbing. As far and as high as you can go. That you can grow in. Because otherwise, It's really hard to make money in human services. Or education.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Value to me, value is knowing oneself. Being true to oneself. And others. your intentions. What are your intentions? What do you bring? And what are you wanting to get from it? If it's not that. Value? If the answer's not value? And you need to reevaluate. Value is intrinsic. motivation. perseverance. To give up. It's fused. For my mental health, as well.
