Tasha Gaskins

She is a dedicated operations and culture consultant with a strong background in social work, care management, and organizational development, currently serving as Founder and Ops & Culture Consultant at GrowthPoint Strategies, where she helps mission-driven organizations, startups, and nonprofits build the structure, systems, and clarity needed to move from survival mode to sustainable growth. Her work focuses on people management, strategy execution, organizational development, operational efficiency, and equity-focused solutions. Prior to this role, she spent a decade at Wellthy in progressively senior roles, including Director of Care II, Director of Care, Care Manager, and Care Coordinator, where she developed deep expertise in leadership development, training, and patient advocacy. She also served as a DE&I Council Member and Advisor. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is recognized as a strategic, compassionate, and equity-driven leader who combines deep clinical and operational expertise with a passion for helping purpose-driven organizations thrive.
