Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience and adaptability, honed through years of working across various departments within the company. I’ve been fortunate to have exceptional mentors along the way, particularly Megan Brooks Anderson, now CEO, whose guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate my career progression.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to truly know yourself and stay focused on your own journey rather than comparing yourself to others. Having managed my 19-year-old daughter’s YouTube career since she was 14—specializing in hair influencer content—I’ve learned how important it is to cultivate authenticity and confidence in your unique strengths.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

One of the values most important to me in both my work and personal life is raising awareness and making a meaningful impact, particularly around causes like breast cancer. I strive to combine purpose with integrity, ensuring that my actions contribute positively to the communities and people I serve while staying true to my principles.
