The biggest challenges in tech are the fast pace of change and organizational resistance, while AI and automation present major opportunities to elevate leadership and accelerate creative projects.

The values most important to me in work and life are emotional intelligence, wholeness, and creativity, which I express through writing, visual art, poetry, and songwriting. I also prioritize the core Scrum principles—commitment, courage, respect, openness, and focus—while listening first to understand and support others..
