Taura Hanley

Taura Hanley is a Vendor Service Specialist at Instacart in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, she supports vendors and BPO sites, addressing issues and concerns both domestically and internationally on the company's technology, e-commerce, and logistics platform. She was inspired to enter the field by her enjoyment of challenges and her desire to help others achieve their goals. She also studied at Liberty University toward an MBA and at Washington University in St. Louis for legal studies. Outside of her professional work, Taura is passionate about volunteering with animals. She has served as a foster parent and recently adopted a dog in need through Animal Protective Services.
