Before founding her business, Tawana built a successful corporate career spanning decades, including roles as Sales Operations Manager and Project/Program Manager at McKesson. There, she led high-profile projects such as large-scale data center migrations, Salesforce.com operations for 80+ users, and process optimizations that enhanced efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. Her corporate experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of strategy, leadership, and operational excellence.
Tawana is passionate about helping women unlock their full potential.
