01What do you attribute your success to?

I'm very organized, very attention to detail. I do my best to perform at my highest level. To stay focused on what task is in front of you at that moment, and to follow through with each task given to you. Always ask questions. Staying organized and staying focused are key features to help you thrive.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Stay calm and level-headed no matter what situation you may be in. Be there in the moment for the patient, listen to them, and help them through whatever step they're at in life.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay true to yourself. Women can overcome any hurdle and be leaders in any industry. Believe in yourself and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Pharmacy is a very high-paced, high-volume industry with high stakes because you're dealing with people's medication. It comes with great benefits but can also be high-risk if you can't handle the pressure.
