She advises young women entering the field to stay motivated, persist through challenges, and learn to manage diverse personalities.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Taylor
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The quote my grandma instilled: 'If she believed she could, so she did.' I've lived by that and accomplished goals like publishing novels young and becoming a manager early by setting my mind to it.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay motivated, don't give up easily, and learn to manage different types of personalities you meet, as that has gotten me far by taking knowledge from each person and overcoming obstacles.
