Taylor Martin

Taylor Martin serves as a Communications Project Manager, a role she has held for six months. Her background includes two years in marketing and communications and five years in business since first becoming a manager in the service industry. She earned her MBA from Parkside in 2025 through an accelerated program focused on marketing, building on her bachelor's degree in English with a creative writing emphasis. As a published author, Martin has self-published three novels on Amazon, with her first released in 2023 and the most recent in December 2025 as the start of a series. She contributes to the communications team of the Wisconsin Association (WFAE) and supports nonprofit organizations, including those focused on holistic well-being, SPED communities, and international efforts in hematology, oncology, and zebrafish research. Martin draws inspiration from her grandmother's quote, 'If she believed she could, so she did,' which has guided her achievements in publishing and career advancement. She advises young women entering the field to stay motivated, persist through challenges, and learn to manage diverse personalities.
