Taylor Ragano
Taylor Ragano is a passionate advocate for mental health and technology innovation, serving as the Founder and CEO of Serenity Station, the first offline AI platform designed for mental health crisis care. Her journey into this field was deeply personal—after spending 18 hours in a psychiatric emergency department with no therapeutic tools or support, she committed herself to transforming mental health access for individuals in crisis. Taylor’s platform provides offline therapeutic support to psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, and global communities, ensuring care is available even where Wi-Fi and connectivity are absent. She is also a Google Data Center Community AI Fellow, currently raising a $400K seed round to address a $3.2B+ market.
Before launching Serenity Station, Taylor founded the Boredom Relief Program, a nonprofit initiative that has collected over 1,000 entertainment items for psychiatric patients across Northern Virginia. Through partnerships with hospitals and community organizations, her efforts have brought joy and comfort to those experiencing mental health challenges, earning recognition on ABC 7 News, Fox News, Daily Mail, and Northern Virginia Magazine. As Ms. Virginia North America 2024, she leverages her platform for broader mental health advocacy, reaching over 500,000 people through social media and public engagement.
Taylor holds a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University. She combines her expertise in product design, offline AI architecture, mental health systems, and social entrepreneurship to create solutions with dual social impact. Actively seeking collaborators, technical co-founders, clinical advisors, investors, and partners, Taylor is dedicated to turning discarded smartphones into lifelines for communities without internet access, reflecting her vision that mental health support should be accessible to everyone, everywhere.
