Her Story
About Taylor
Taylor Sinclair, is a Delivery Lead at SendingCell, where she specializes in project delivery, workflow optimization, and client-facing digital solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She joined the organization in 2022 as a Digital Project Coordinator, initially supporting VIRTUOSO, a proprietary training and engagement platform designed to create interactive learning experiences. With a background in business administration, an MBA from Canisius University, and earlier experience planning college admissions events as a graduate assistant, Taylor progressed to Associate Project Manager before stepping into her current delivery leadership role. Today, she manages client relationships, budgets, timelines, and complex workstreams while translating client needs into effective training and engagement solutions.
A natural problem-solver, Taylor is equally passionate about improving the systems that help teams do their best work. She has developed hands-on expertise with Monday.com, using automations, dashboards, templates, and intake processes to increase visibility and reduce operational friction. One of her notable accomplishments was leading a comprehensive overhaul of her team’s Monday.com work management system, eliminating repetitive manual tasks and saving approximately 15 hours of work each week. She also prioritizes continuous professional development through independent research, certifications, and a willingness to explore new tools and approaches. Her leadership and professional development efforts have been further supported by formal training through Canisius University’s Leadership & Professional Development program.
Beyond her primary role, Taylor embraces opportunities to learn, create, and serve others, including pursuits in consulting and wedding planning. Her approach to work is grounded in empathy and an understanding that clients and colleagues are balancing professional responsibilities with full lives outside of work. Rather than viewing challenges as obstacles, she looks for ways to create clarity, simplify processes, and build solutions that genuinely make people’s work easier. Taylor’s career reflects a commitment to continuous growth, thoughtful leadership, and the belief that strong delivery is not simply about completing a project—it is about understanding people, anticipating their needs, and creating systems that help everyone succeed.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Taylor
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to grow into new opportunities. Throughout my career, I have been intentional about learning new skills, asking questions, and looking for ways to improve how work gets done. My experience in project management, client delivery, event planning, and workflow optimization has taught me to bring people, processes, and ideas together to create meaningful outcomes. I am especially proud of identifying opportunities to improve systems, including redesigning a Monday.com workflow that eliminated an estimated 15 hours of manual work each week. That experience sparked my interest in process improvement and consulting and reinforced that I thrive when I can bring clarity to complexity and find better ways to move ideas forward.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most influential people in my career has been Brittany Smith, Product and Operations Manager at SendingSell. She has taught me to think beyond simply managing projects and to look at how systems and processes can help teams work more effectively. She also encouraged me to recognize the value of the expertise I have developed and to consider how those skills could translate into consulting and potentially building a business of my own. Most importantly, Brittany has helped me see possibilities for myself that I may not have recognized on my own and has given me the confidence to pursue them.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My biggest advice is to stay curious and never stop asking questions. You truly do not know what you do not know, and being willing to ask questions has played a major role in my own growth. I also encourage women to take ownership of their development by seeking out certifications, researching new ideas, and staying current with industry best practices. There is always something new to learn, and investing in your knowledge can help you build confidence and create opportunities for yourself.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I have experienced is being a woman in technology, particularly when working on the technical and development side of the business, where the environment can still be predominantly male. I have also encountered assumptions based on my age, especially when working with more experienced clients. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities in delivery leadership, product management, and technology as the industry continues to evolve. The rapid growth of AI is creating even more opportunities to learn, innovate, and help organizations find new and better ways to work.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Empathy is one of the most important values I bring to both my professional and personal life. I remind myself that clients are more than their roles or the companies they represent—they have families, responsibilities, and experiences of their own. Especially in a complex industry like pharmaceuticals, taking the time to understand people and meet them where they are can make a meaningful difference. That same perspective carries into my event and wedding planning, where I recognize that I am helping create an experience around some of the most important moments in people’s lives. I want the people I work with to feel heard, understood, and supported.
