Tecarra Graham

Tecarra Graham brings more than 16 years of experience to her work in higher education and workforce development. After earning her bachelor's degree in liberal studies with a minor and certificate in retail management from Florida International University, she began her career in college admissions, where her passion for the field took root. She later returned to Florida International University to complete a master's degree in adult education and human resource development. In her current role of four and a half years, Graham advises students on internships and job opportunities, assists with networking and career coaching, coordinates experiential learning, and teaches business internship courses online. Among her notable achievements, she developed a digital system to modernize intern tracking and experiential learning processes, and at her first university she helped create a new academic program, including curriculum development and staff hiring. Graham also volunteers with Memorial Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Miami.
