Tenaya Daniels is a dedicated Supervisor at Helpful Hands, Inc., where she leads sanitation and housekeeping operations with a focus on operational excellence, team coordination, and maintaining high standards of service. With more than a decade of experience in the industry and two years in a leadership role, she oversees daily operations, manages team responsibilities, ensures supply availability, maintains schedules, handles ADP timekeeping, and supports efficient site management. Her current responsibilities include supervising operations at an Army Reserve Center in Vancouver, Washington, as well as an additional location in Marysville, Washington.

Daniels has developed a diverse professional background through roles in sanitation services, healthcare support, facilities operations, and customer-focused environments. Her experience includes non-ambulatory patient transportation, college support services, high-rise apartment building operations, and work at a plasma donation center. She holds a high school diploma and completed a hospital equipment sterilization program, successfully passing the associated examination. These experiences have strengthened her attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to maintaining safe and efficient environments.
