About Tenia
She is a distinguished human resources and people leadership executive with over a decade of experience driving talent strategy, organizational culture, and employee engagement across technology, consulting, and research organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at NORC at the University of Chicago, she leads HR strategy and people operations for the organization. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Talent & Administrative Services Officer at HBR Consulting, Chief People & Culture Officer at Raise, and Chief People Officer at iManage, where she had global responsibility for talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, labor relations, and compensation and benefits. She is also the Founder of Beyond the Book, A Literary Experience, a literary-focused venture. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Values Driven Leadership and a Master of Science in Values-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University, where her doctoral research focused on how inspirational culture drives transferable servant-leader behaviors. She is recognized as a visionary, people-centered, and values-driven leader who is deeply committed to building inclusive, high-performing cultures where individuals and organizations can thrive.
