01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say, kind of just jump in, like, just jump in, do it all, you know, do everything. Don't worry about the risks, don't worry about what people are going to think. Especially here, it's such a great time, like, to be a woman, you know? We should always be celebrating each other, because we've done that. We always have to look back and thank all of these women that are around us, and always be quick to support one another. Don't ever hold yourself back. Go for everything that you can, and you have rights to it. Just go out, do it, and conquer it.
