Tera Rose

Tera Rose is a dedicated healthcare and medical device sales professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she serves as Supervisor of Pump Sales at Tandem Diabetes Care, where she leads a team of up to 15 inside sales representatives, coaching them to achieve performance metrics and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Her leadership has contributed to her region being ranked #1 nationally in 2024, reflecting her commitment to quality improvement, measurable results, and a patient-first philosophy.

Tera’s career spans various roles in healthcare, including financial advocacy, administration, and customer experience management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and healthcare operations. She leverages her expertise in cross-functional team leadership, data analysis, and relationship-building to drive team success while fostering trust and authenticity with colleagues and customers alike. Her approach emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and helping others reach their full potential.

A graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Tera combines her professional expertise with a passion for helping people, both in her career and through volunteer work. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes, singing, and dancing, reflecting her creative and community-focused nature. Tera takes pride in learning from her experiences, continuously striving to be her best self, and celebrating the achievements of her team.
