Her Interview

Ten minutes with Teresa

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the mentors I've had and the support system I've had. All kids should create their little list of 5 people they can call.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is don't be afraid of success. Don't be afraid to succeed and be in the front.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always know yourself when you walk in the room and when you're leaving. Know your triggers, know what's making you upset, know how to show up for yourself. Show up to everything someone invites you to.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Having a relationship with some higher being or spirituality is a core value of mine, whether it's God or a rock.
