Teresa Grandal Cusse, M.S. is a visionary cross-sector leader and entrepreneur dedicated to driving innovation, growth, and community impact. As CEO and Co-Founder of IMPACTIFI, she guides businesses through international expansion, funding opportunities, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, leveraging a global network to accelerate success. In addition, Teresa founded Grant-ify, LLC, a company specializing in grant administration and strategy, helping organizations secure critical funding to advance their missions. Her combined leadership in these ventures reflects her commitment to empowering organizations to achieve sustainable growth and measurable results.
Prior to launching IMPACTIFI and Grant-ify, Teresa served as Assistant Executive Director of Emerging Technologies at Nova Southeastern University’s Alan B. Levan Center of Innovation. There, she oversaw initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, and spatial computing, while also managing the operations and strategic planning that launched the Center as a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development in South Florida. Her experience spans non-profits, higher education, startups, and government, giving her a uniquely versatile perspective on operational excellence and program management.
Teresa is passionate about community engagement, collaboration, and mentoring emerging leaders. She has built advisory councils, ambassador programs, and strategic partnerships that deepen impact and foster innovation.
