Teresa DiGiuseppe

Teresa DiGiuseppe is a franchisee based in Eagle, Idaho. She began her career in the mortgage industry where she worked for 20 years including at Lehman Brothers until its collapse. In 2011 she and her husband opened their first The Joint Chiropractic clinics in Arizona and she has since grown the business to 25 locations across Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Arizona while also adding Perspire Sauna Studio locations in Utah and Arizona. A high school graduate from 1992 with no college degree, Teresa pursued personal development through a Jay Shetty Life Coach certification and a John Maxwell leadership certification. She emphasizes leadership growth, team culture, and now mentors other franchisees on internal development as the key to scaling successfully.
