Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on building strong relationships. Often, success isn’t just about what you know—it’s about who you know. Equally important is being a good steward of those relationships by nurturing and maintaining them over time. That way, when opportunities arise, your interactions are not transactional, but mutually beneficial for everyone involved.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see in my field is women not feeling worthy of presenting their best selves, particularly when it comes to their appearance. Many feel like they shouldn’t—or don’t need to—care about how they show up. My message to them is this: you absolutely deserve to feel confident and powerful in the way you present yourself, no matter where you’re going or what you’re doing. You are worthy of feeling unstoppable in the clothes you wear, and embracing that can be a true source of empowerment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life center on empowerment and authenticity. Whether I’m styling a client, speaking to a room of students about personal branding, or collaborating with a nonprofit, my goal is always the same: to remind women of who they truly are and provide them with the tools to express that confidently to the world.
