Teresa Triana

I am an educational leader with over a decade of experience in school administration, currently serving as Principal at East Central ISD, a role I have held since June 2012, where I lead Salado Elementary and oversee all aspects of school operations, instructional leadership, student achievement, and staff development. Prior to this role, I served as Assistant Principal and Academic Dean at Legacy Middle School for over a year, where I supported instructional leadership and school operations.

Across my career in educational leadership, my work has been driven by a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive school culture, fostering academic excellence, and supporting the growth and development of both students and staff. Whether I am leading a school community, supporting teachers in their professional growth, or ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed, I bring a collaborative approach, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of students and families. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue serving the East Central ISD community.
