Her Interview
Ten minutes with Teri
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to providing concierge service and doing more than the average agent. I handle tasks like installing mulch for pictures, preparing homes, and being the direct point person for clients. I have a background in construction and keep up with the market to provide extra value with my knowledge and skills.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was to pay somebody to do the work I don't want to do, though I didn't take it. In other words, pay someone to handle the tasks that are not my strength.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would suggest that they work under an experienced realtor and a team if they are able. In other words, find a mentor.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, respect, and integrity are most important to me in my personal and professional life.
