Ten minutes with Teri

01What do you attribute your success to?

Not giving up and seeing the vision of Tri-Cities Intermodal, knowing what I had done in the past was a great foundation, great customer loyalty and ocean carrier partnerships, relationships and partnerships in the industry, finding other solutions for customers.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Shoot for the moon, nothing is out of reach. My father instilled in us that you've got to shoot for the moon. By teaching that to me at a young age and encouraging me to really reach for the stars. Set your goals, track them, and reach them. Be very goal-driven and have a never-give-up kind of attitude.
