My relationship with God has been key. Staying the course through moments and life experiences that would throw you to the wolves, and being able to go in the fire and come out smelling like smoke.

Have the right motives. Because why you do it makes a difference. That makes all the difference.

Burnout, not having boundaries, and not knowing when to pivot and do something different.
