Her Story

About Terri

I am a residential real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the Dallas, Texas market, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Residential Real Estate at Allie Beth Allman and Associates, a Division of Berkshire Hathaway, a role I have held since October 2007, where I specialize in residential real estate development and sales. I was recognized as the Number 2 Individual Producer at ABA in 2014 and have been named to D Magazine's Top Producers List from 2010 to 2016.

Prior to joining Allie Beth Allman and Associates, I spent over thirteen years as a Sales Associate at Ellen Terry Realtors, where I built my foundation in real estate sales and client relationships in the Dallas market.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Psychology with an Emphasis in Child Development and a Music Minor from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Across my career in residential real estate, my work has been driven by a commitment to exceptional client service, market expertise, and helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals. Whether I am representing buyers or sellers, navigating complex transactions, or developing residential properties, I bring a strategic, client-centered approach and a dedication to excellence that has earned recognition and trust from clients and colleagues throughout the Dallas community. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue serving clients and building my legacy in the Dallas real estate market.
