Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a commitment to continuous learning and proactively shaping my own growth and opportunities early in my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received came from a mentor early in my career, who encouraged me to be curious and pursue knowledge that few others are willing to explore. Since then, I have intentionally shaped my professional growth and identity around that principle, taking ownership of my trajectory rather than waiting for opportunities or letting others define my path.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering my industry to be bold, curious, and adaptable, and to speak with confidence. Take initiative early in your career to shape your own path and create your professional identity, rather than waiting for it to be defined by others.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge—and opportunity—in my field right now is keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology. It requires constantly finding new ways to approach problems and being willing to challenge the status quo, positioning yourself as a disruptor rather than simply following established patterns.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are building strong, meaningful relationships within my organization, community, and with clients. I prioritize cultivating trust and leading with confidence in every interaction.
