Currently serving as a Branding Ambassador for the Behavior Technician Association, she champions the mission to support and elevate behavior technicians through community engagement, content creation, and strategic outreach. As the Small Business Owner of Virtual Administrative Asset, LLC., she manages end-to-end administrative functions for behavioral health operations, including credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, compliance auditing, and government contracting bids across multiple states. Her career reflects a deep commitment to the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, with prior experience as Talent and Training Coordinator at AchieveAbility Therapy, where she oversaw full-cycle recruiting, training development, and staff engagement. She also held progressive roles at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. and Florida Autism Center, where she honed her skills in behavioral intervention, operations management, and insurance coordination. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, where she is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior Studies.
