What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family, who have always been my greatest source of motivation. Supporting my children in pursuing their passions drives everything I do. I am a proud mother to a young son and a devoted bonus daughter, both of whom I cherish deeply. Outside of work, I dedicate my time to being with them and my incredible partner, Ben. Every decision I make and every effort I put forth is guided by my desire to provide them with the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple: never stop trying—always keep pushing yourself forward. My stepdad, Chris Brasher, shared this with me, and it’s stayed with me throughout my career. His words continue to motivate me to persevere and keep moving ahead, even when things get challenging.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The most important advice I’d give to young women entering this industry is simple: never stop hustling. Keep pushing forward, stay consistent, and don’t let challenges—or skepticism in a male-dominated space—slow you down. Your determination and resilience will be what set you apart and carry you through to success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is in sales within the construction industry, particularly here in Florida. The construction sector is experiencing significant growth, with new projects constantly underway. For those who are outgoing and enjoy building relationships, this is an exciting time to be in sales. The current expansion presents tremendous opportunities for growth and success for professionals ready to seize them.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and integrity are the values I hold most dearly, both in my work and personal life. In sales, it’s easy to encounter shortcuts or dishonest practices, but I made a conscious decision to approach my career differently. I am committed to being transparent and upfront with clients, ensuring that trust guides every interaction. These principles are central not only to how I conduct business but also to how I live my life.
