Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tetiana
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my drive to building a life for my family and a foundation for my kids, ensuring they have a stable platform to explore and influence the world. Also, knowing that I am leaving something behind by changing the world to make it a little better place. One person cannot do everything, but doing something is often enough, and that drives me every day knowing I did something to make this planet a little better.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
In this male-dominated world, especially in STEM and leadership, it can feel discouraging when questioned if you can do it. Just ignore those misconceptions. You can do anything if you set your mind to it, work hard, believe in yourself, and surround yourself with people who support and encourage you no matter what.
