What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong values, discipline, and support instilled in me by both my parents and adoptive parents, which have guided my career and leadership journey.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be kind whenever possible — and to remember that it is always possible. In every stage of my career, I’ve found that kindness builds trust, fosters collaboration, and creates stronger workplace relationships. By leading with empathy and respect, I have been able to resolve challenges more effectively and contribute to positive, supportive environments where both employees and organizations thrive.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the field right now is the limitation created by certain policies, which can restrict flexibility and innovation. However, I also see this as an opportunity to advocate for more adaptive approaches, find creative solutions within existing frameworks, and work toward policies that better support both employees and organizational growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honoring the glory of God, giving back to others, and upholding the principles instilled in me by my parents. These values guide how I lead, make decisions, and strive to create a positive impact on the people and communities around me.
