Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the love and support of my family, which continually inspires and grounds me. I’m also deeply motivated and driven to achieve my goals. As a self-published author of You Are Enough, I take pride in sharing my journey and encouraging others to recognize their own worth and potential.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can do anything I set my mind to—as long as I dare to dream it and am willing to work hard to make it happen.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is to never doubt yourself. Believe in your abilities and trust your instincts—remember, you are often your own biggest critic, so give yourself the same grace and confidence you would offer others.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is finding balance—being present for my children and husband while also making time for myself and my career. However, I also see this as an opportunity to model balance, resilience, and self-care, showing that it’s possible to pursue professional goals without losing sight of what truly matters at home.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, continuous growth, and lifelong learning. I believe in challenging myself to learn something new every day, as growth keeps me inspired and engaged. I especially enjoy learning new languages—it’s one of the many ways I expand my perspective and connect with others.
