Theresa Spadola is an experienced Event Support Coordinator and Event Project Manager with over five years of expertise delivering complex, large-scale events from concept through execution. She specializes in logistics, operations, and client relations, with a proven ability to manage multi-day events, coordinate cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly in high-pressure environments. Theresa has overseen everything from event design and vendor coordination to crew management and real-time problem solving, always prioritizing safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Currently, Theresa serves in leadership roles within the obstacle course racing industry, including Race Director and Assistant Race Director with Savage Race, where she leads large-scale operational planning, site evaluations, and team supervision across dynamic outdoor environments. In parallel, she works as a Dance Instructor at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, where she plans and executes studio events, manages client relationships, and coaches teams on communication and engagement.
