Theresa Merritt Watson

A community-focused education and nonprofit leader dedicated to advancing educational access, economic development, and youth empowerment in underserved communities. As Executive Director of Synergy Training Solutions, she leads programs that strengthen African American community and church connections while promoting education, cultural awareness, and HBCU advocacy. She also serves as Operations Manager at Truth Teaching Ministries, supporting youth and educator development through training programs such as the “3P’s” (Passion, Pursuit, and Purpose). She holds a BBA from Shaw University.
