Theresa Ziemkowski

Theresa Ziemkowski serves as an HR Generalist in the freight forwarding space within the transportation logistics supply chain and storage industry. With over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors including high-tech, biotech, banking, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, medical, and clean energy, she brings a broad perspective to her work. She earned a business degree from San Jose State and is certified through SHRM as a Senior HR professional. Theresa excels in compensation review, recruiting, and employee relations, where she focuses on improving manager-employee communication and supporting internal promotions. Her career highlights include turning around morale and implementing robust onboarding programs at a retail company with seven locations, for which she received the Employee of the Year award. She is a member of PHRA and has volunteered with the Challenger League for approximately 20 years.
