Therian Williams

Therian Williams has been in the aesthetic space for almost nine years. She originally studied horticulture and spent time at a tall grass prairie on the outskirts of Chicago, where she learned about plants and nature. From there, she attended aesthetic school, gaining knowledge in skincare, beauty, and product formulation. This led her to experiment with natural ingredients to combat chemical exposure in daily beauty routines and reduce waste from the beauty industry. She holds a business degree and an esthetician license, which enable her to run product trials and tests. Today, her main areas of expertise are skincare and product formulation. In her role, she handles marketing by engaging with demographics such as athletes at events, formulates or reformulates products, and tracks KPIs for marketing materials. She is a member of the SCC. Her notable professional achievement includes donating products to women's shelters to help women in need feel beautiful. She also partners with New Era Chicago to assist families with resources and with Lurie's Children's Hospital for back-to-school giveaways. Her career was inspired by personal skin issues from painting, leading her to create effective topical treatments that she now sells.
