Driven by her desire to grow and diversify her skills, Thuy later earned her Insurance License and moved into the insurance sector, where she continues to provide trusted guidance and support to individuals and families seeking financial security.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to continue learning every single day. The more you learn, the more power you have. Growth never stops, and knowledge opens doors to new possibilities.

The advice I would give to young women entering the industry is to be humble and learn from your experiences. Always be confident and proud of yourself—your uniqueness and resilience will set you apart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of my biggest challenges has been maintaining a healthy work/life balance while transitioning between careers over the years. Each shift came with lessons that helped me adapt and grow stronger, both personally and professionally.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value community and family above all else. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, going to the gym, exercising, swimming, meditating, praying, and listening to relaxing music. Jazz, in particular, helps me unwind and find peace after a long day.
