Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having a strong, supportive family and a personal drive to continuously ask myself what more I can do. I am also committed to lifelong learning and to giving back to my community, which keeps me grounded and motivated.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to never stop learning and growing. Seek out a mentor if you do not already have one, as guidance and support can make a meaningful difference in your journey. At the same time, strive to become the kind of mentor and support system for others that you may not have had yourself.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are serving as a trusted resource within my community and acting as a connector who helps bring people and opportunities together. I also value continuous personal development and learning, so I can apply that knowledge in meaningful ways to support the communities and families I serve.
