Tiana (Brown) Harris is an accomplished Operations Integration Associate at Deutsche Bank with a strong foundation in learning and development, instructional design, and curriculum development. With over eight years of experience, she has successfully designed and delivered interactive training programs for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually. Tiana has also developed E-Learning courses and robust curricula on Canvas LMS, driving measurable improvements in instructional quality, operational efficiency, and productivity. Her expertise extends to leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance business processes in dynamic organizational environments.

In addition to her corporate career, Tiana is the founder and owner of Simple Creations By T, a Jacksonville-based custom apparel and gifting business. Since 2021, she has served over 600 clients, completing projects for schools, reunions, organizations, and families, both domestically and internationally. Her business highlights include DTF printing, sublimation, vinyl cutting, and small-batch customization, and she has proudly been recognized as a Duval County Public Schools registered vendor, a two-time participant in the FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab, and a featured entrepreneur in Voyage Jacksonville and Canvas Rebel. One of her standout accomplishments was fulfilling a class reunion order that received exceptional feedback for its quality and creativity.

Tiana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology (2015) from the University of Florida and dual Master’s degrees in Management (2019) and Business Administration with a focus in Marketing (2022) from the University of North Florida. She is a member of the Printing United Alliance and Beta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and has been nominated as a semi-finalist for Florida’s Best Boss Award, set to be announced in 2026. Known for her leadership, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit, Tiana continues to impact both the corporate and small business landscapes with creativity, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to avoid being the smartest person in the room. There’s always something to learn from others, and by staying open to new perspectives, I can grow continuously and apply those lessons to my own development.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is the inconsistency of orders, which can make planning and growth unpredictable. At the same time, this creates opportunities to strengthen client relationships, diversify offerings, and implement strategies that stabilize and grow the business over time.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are transparency and caring. I strive to communicate openly and honestly while showing genuine concern for the well-being of others, building trust and meaningful relationships along the way.
