Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffani
01What do you attribute your success to?
My resilience and consistency. Even though I had obstacles in my way, I'm never allowing where I started to determine where I would go. No matter where I was in life, just making sure that I kept my eye on the vision, kept my eye on the plan, and just continue to be resilient and consistent in that plan.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It may sound cliche, but definitely hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. Every day is going to look different, but the one thing that you can bet on every day is yourself. As long as you're showing up, putting that best foot forward, leaving whatever may be going on outside, and just put on that cooker face and keep it going. The day is always going to respond to how you respond to the day. Know that you're the one that can make the change, and make it better.
