What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for fashion and helping others. I’ve been fortunate to turn that drive into a career where I get to travel, work on tour, and organize wardrobes all over the world—combining my love for style with hands-on, behind-the-scenes work.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always maintain strong morals. Integrity and professionalism will guide your decisions, help you build lasting relationships, and set you apart in a fast-paced and demanding field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is the personal balance required while being on tour. Traveling frequently and managing logistics for shows means I’m often away from my son, which is difficult, but it also motivates me to find ways to stay connected and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values for me are my son and staying true to myself. In both my work and personal life, I strive to make decisions that honor my integrity while nurturing the relationships and responsibilities that matter most.
