I attribute my success to my determination and hard work. I’m a very driven person who stays focused on my goals and puts in the effort needed to achieve them.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always be yourself and stay confident in your abilities. Take advantage of the many resources available online and commit to learning everything you can. Develop and display your own leadership style, and most importantly, find a mentor who can guide and support you along the way.
