Tiffani Riley is a driven and analytical professional currently serving as a Revenue Analyst at AKA Hotels + Hotel Residences in Florida. With a strong background in finance, hospitality, and business operations, she has built a reputation for excellence in data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization. Her journey from Staff Accountant to Revenue Analyst within the organization reflects her dedication to growth, innovation, and collaboration. Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University. Her academic foundation and technical proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud equip her to translate complex data into actionable business insights. She is also a member of professional organizations including The National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi) and the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tiffani values balance and purpose in all she does. She donates to the AICPA Foundation, volunteers her time to support charitable causes like the New Hampshire Food Bank, and finds joy in exploring new cities, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog. I attribute my success to my determination and hard work. I’m a very driven person who stays focused on my goals and puts in the effort needed to achieve them.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always be yourself and stay confident in your abilities. Take advantage of the many resources available online and commit to learning everything you can. Develop and display your own leadership style, and most importantly, find a mentor who can guide and support you along the way.
