Tiffany Abatti has been in the nursing field for almost 15 years. She currently serves as the clinical manager of a home health agency in Delta, Colorado, where she oversees physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and office staff including billing, admin, and intake. Her typical responsibilities include ensuring operations run smoothly, managing patient care concerns, and handling inventory. Abatti earned her bachelor's degree at Cal State San Bernardino and her master's degree at California Baptist in 2016. She began her career path after working as a CNA, which solidified her interest in nursing, particularly with the geriatric population.
