Tiffany Adekola, MBA, CSM, ACSM

Tiffany Adekola is an ICF-trained Certified Insight Coach, consultant, and speaker dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through purpose-driven personal and professional transformation.

Based in Wesley Chapel, Florida, Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from Saint Leo University, and a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University.

Committed to developing a strong foundation as a professionally trained coach, Tiffany earned her Certified Insight Coach certification through Insight Coaching Community and has pursued additional ICF-aligned coach training through International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) RISING. She plans to continue completing the education and experience requirements necessary to pursue her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and, ultimately, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials while expanding her expertise in coaching, business, and organizational development.

Tiffany’s professional journey reflects resilience, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous growth. During her career at USAA, she advanced through multiple roles, progressing from member services to Business Intelligence Analyst by strategically leveraging education, professional development, relationship-building, and internal networking. Following a corporate layoff, Tiffany embraced what she considers a calling to entrepreneurship and launched The Tiffany Rose Collective, through which she provides personal and professional coaching, consulting, and speaking services designed to help individuals and organizations unlock potential, cultivate growth, and create meaningful impact.

Tiffany is also the founder of She Rose Whole, a mission-driven initiative created to empower women on their journey from healing to wholeness through coaching, retreats, workshops, and future publications.

Having navigated ADHD, learning disabilities, and early placement in exceptional student education classes, Tiffany transformed personal challenges into motivation for growth. She went on to earn academic scholarships, pursue multiple advanced degrees, and build a career centered on helping others recognize their strengths, expand their possibilities, and realize their potential. Her experiences have shaped her belief that where a person begins does not have to determine where they ultimately go.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffany is deeply committed to her faith, family, and community. She credits her relationship with God as the foundation of her life and success and remains actively involved in her church and in serving others, including through her involvement with Young Life.

As a wife and mother of a young son, Tiffany values balance and flexibility and is intentionally building a career that allows her to pursue meaningful professional work while remaining present for her family. Her approach to success is rooted not only in achievement but also in living with purpose, honoring her values, and creating a life aligned with what matters most.

An avid traveler, Tiffany enjoys experiencing the world with her loved ones and has traveled to six countries in a single year. Her travels, combined with her professional and personal experiences, have helped shape the global perspective, compassion, authenticity, and curiosity she brings to her work and relationships.

Through coaching, consulting, and speaking, Tiffany continues to help individuals and organizations recognize their potential, navigate transformation with resilience, cultivate meaningful growth, and move forward with greater purpose and intention.
