Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God, whose guidance has sustained me throughout my journey. Despite growing up in ESE classes with ADHD and learning disabilities, I persevered, transitioned into regular education, earned my CNA through dual enrollment, received an academic scholarship, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My story is proof that faith, resilience, and determination can overcome any obstacle.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to maintain an attitude of gratitude, even when things don't go as planned. A mentor taught me to view feedback as an opportunity for growth rather than disappointment. That mindset, combined with perseverance and a strong work ethic, has helped me achieve goals I once thought were out of reach.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay authentic to who you are and always act with integrity. Embrace opportunities to learn and grow by welcoming constructive feedback and using every experience to become stronger and more confident in your career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities in my field is the growing demand for life coaching, consulting, and public speaking that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful personal growth. My goal is to continue building my brand by offering retreats, workshops, and personalized coaching that help women heal, become whole, and live purposeful, fulfilling lives.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are balance and flexibility. As a toddler mom, I value the ability to create a schedule that allows me to be present for my family while continuing to provide consulting and coaching services that make a meaningful impact.
