Tiffany Cervantes

Tiffany Cervantes serves as a Quality Assurance Manager in the construction and renewable energy industry, where she has worked for nearly five years. She began her career in the field as a technician after a friend introduced her to the opportunity while she was pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, when her program shifted to virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting from the ground up allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the industry, and she has since advanced into her current leadership role. Tiffany credits her success to her dedication to continuous improvement, her curiosity and willingness to learn by asking questions, her strong attention to detail, effective cross-department communication, and her integrity, viewing her work as a direct reflection of herself. She also draws on skills from her mental health background, including her ability to understand and communicate with diverse individuals, which she applies in managing and supporting technicians. Outside of her professional work, Tiffany has volunteered extensively with the foster care system and other underserved and vulnerable populations, reflecting her deep passion for helping others. She encourages young women entering the male-dominated construction and renewables industry to believe in themselves, remain committed to continuous learning, build a strong foundation in quality standards, ask questions, speak up, share ideas, seek out supportive mentors, and maintain confidence in their abilities.
