Her Interview

Ten minutes with Tiffany

01What do you attribute your success to?

I have two heartbeats that need to see me do something great. I know how it felt to be that little black girl that didn't know, so I want people that look like me to say, hey, I can do those things, because it's rare that they see it in certain arenas anymore.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

No is a complete sentence. When you start to truly understand that statement, you can recognize how much freeing it is, because we take on a lot of things by saying yes, and it's usually because we feel like we don't have power. There's power enough.
