Tiffany R. Easley

Tiffany Easley entered the field in 2006 after graduating with her Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from Tennessee State University. She maintains a 9-to-5 role as a Sales Account Executive in prescription benefit management while building her vocation in women empowerment. In 2008, she founded Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises and developed the SOAR framework to help others redefine themselves after life's challenges. She later extended her business into clean products through her Signature Fragrance Company, Soar Lifestyle, where she curates customized fragrances and experiences rather than simply manufacturing candles. Easley also earned a dual MBA in Marketing and Management from America Intercontinental University, obtained her life coach certification from John Maxwell, and received an honorary doctorate.
