About Tiffany
She is a visionary workforce development and talent leader with over a decade of experience designing and executing equitable training programs, career pathway initiatives, and alumni engagement strategies across healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Talent Development Partner at Grady Health System, she designs and executes innovative training strategies annually for over 200 healthcare professionals, leveraging DiSC assessment tools to enhance self-awareness, strengthen team dynamics, and integrate practical applications into leadership, mentoring, and alumni engagement programs. She also serves as Chief Vision Officer at Career Values Coaching & Consulting Firm, where she coaches 50 justice-impacted women annually with mindset training to achieve workforce development goals while combating recidivism. Her experience includes serving as Workforce Program Manager at Urban League of Greater Atlanta, where she secured and managed over $2 million in grants for Adult Workforce Development programs, and as Assistant Director of Workforce Development at Wellspring Living's Women's Academy, where she managed over $1 million in grants and led programmatic expansion. She has also served as Apprenticeship Team Lead and Alumni Coordinator, Career Readiness Coordinator, and Virtual Career Services Manager. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Workforce Development and Training from Clark Atlanta University and holds a Master's degree in Human Services and Development from Saint Leo University. She is recognized as a passionate, equity-driven, and transformational leader who is deeply committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and building sustainable career pathways for underserved populations.
