Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my genuine passion for helping others and building successful teams. I started in this industry at just 22 years old, and over the years, I have worked diligently to earn a Master’s degree while managing responsibilities across multiple states. I firmly believe in the principle of “value over convenience,” and I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference, not only for my customers but also for my team. Show up and honor commitments and keep playing!
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is that I can make a difference as long as I stay the course and never give up. Perseverance and dedication are the keys to creating lasting impact. Change is evitable but learn to adapt in any environment while being true to yourself and others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to be the change they want to see in their work environments and to always prioritize collaboration. Success comes from building strong teams and fostering mutual support. Remember, there is only one YOU and you bring a uniqueness only YOU can bring to the team. Do not make decisions based on others' opinions of your capabilities or you will always limit yourself.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the mortgage industry right now is online lenders that do not offer good service or excellence in customer service lowering rates and fees to be more competitive. While customers are drawn to save money, they pay for it with horrible service, deceptive practices and poor advise. Home ownership is one of the largest financial decisions as person can make and they truly need to carefully select a loan office with wisdom and a great, compliant company, or they will pay in the long run.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value hard work, integrity, and creating a healthy, productive work environment. Family is extremely important to me and being there for my husband, a disabled veteran, spending quality time with my children and grandchildren, and giving back to the mission field. Balancing professional success with personal dedication is central to how I live and lead. I believe in elevating others and valuing others over self.
