Tiffany Fitzpatrick

Tiffany Fitzpatrick is a dedicated Regional Supervisor for Arizona Programs at Youth Villages, where she oversees the delivery of high-quality support services to youth and families. In her role, she supervises and trains clinical supervisors, coaches, and specialists to ensure the implementation of best practices and high standards of care. Tiffany also collaborates closely with community partners and stakeholders to coordinate and evaluate program effectiveness, continually striving to improve outcomes for the vulnerable populations her organization serves.

With a strong passion for public service and community well-being, Tiffany holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her expertise includes behavior analysis, clinical supervision, and behavioral intervention, which she actively applies to advance her field and support youth development. Known for her collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering positive change, Tiffany continues to inspire those around her through her leadership and dedication.
