Tiffany Ford

Tiffany Ford has spent the past 8 years building a career in human resources after her Bachelor's in Education and Science, received in 2013, led her to a staffing coordinator position that sparked her passion for the field. She has gained experience in diverse industries such as industrial, hospitality, tech, and education, advancing to a general manager and recruiting role where she oversaw high-volume operations and managed more than 200 employees across three states in hospitality. In her daily work, Tiffany handles payroll, candidate screening and interviewing, onboarding, applicant tracking system maintenance, collaboration with hiring managers, and employee relations. She finds deep meaning in helping individuals secure employment that supports their families and drives personal growth. Looking ahead, Tiffany aims to establish her own HR consulting firm, operating on a contract basis as her own boss.
