Tiffany Givens is a dedicated personal injury case manager whose career has been shaped by a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Hagood Injury Law, LLC, she manages personal injury cases from intake through settlement, working closely with attorneys while providing compassionate guidance and consistent support to clients. Inspired to pursue a legal career after surviving a drunk-driving accident herself, Tiffany has transformed her personal experience into a mission of advocating for justice and ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
With more than a decade of experience in personal injury law, Tiffany has steadily advanced through roles including receptionist, legal assistant, settlement coordinator, junior case manager, and senior legal assistant before assuming her current leadership responsibilities. Her expertise encompasses case management, client communication, settlement negotiations, demand preparation, and litigation support. Alongside her professional experience, she is a certified legal assistant, a commissioned notary public, and has completed specialized training in empathy, conflict resolution, and effective client communication, allowing her to build meaningful relationships with those she serves.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has contributed to significant case outcomes, including a landmark million-dollar premises liability verdict for an elderly client—an achievement that reinforced her commitment to client advocacy. I attribute my success to my drive, self-discipline, and commitment to learning. I’ve also been fortunate to have mentors who recognized my potential, guided my growth, and helped me along the way.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is, “Take it one step at a time.” It’s a simple reminder that by focusing on priorities, staying calm, and giving each task my full attention, I can consistently achieve my goals.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take your time, be patient, and never stop learning. Listen closely to your clients and truly understand their needs. While the work can be challenging, remember that every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference and leave a lasting positive impact.
